Since 2009, "Água Q.S.P." Campaign has offered educational content on the awareness of the water consumption, starting with Cosmotec, the creator and maintainer of the campaign.
In 2018, the Campaign took a step further to bring that awareness into other companies, inviting Cosmotec’s partners to a pilot collective awareness action called "ALIANÇA ÁGUA Q.S.P. 2018". The companies Momentive, Pet Society, Sumitomo Corporation of Brazil and W5 accepted the challenge and appointed a volunteer employee to be the multiplier of the action, forming a voluntary network for the responsible usage of water.
"We were very happy with the engagement of our network of partners from the initial invitation. We believe in the strength of teamwork to increase the reach on an issue as essential as this", said Tatiana Francine, Cosmotec's Sustainability Project Manager and campaign coordinator.
Throughout the week of World Water Day (March 22nd), over 600 people were directly and indirectly impacted on the importance of their individual role in the water resource economy. "We want this message to be heard in more places. We are already studying how to expand the alliance for 2019", says Tatiana.
